The software contained in this package , DVD Data Rescue™ ,hereafter referred to as "The Software", is copyrighted material owned by Naltech™ Software.
One person may use The Software on any single computer. This license can not be transferred. You must pay for additional copies of The Software if the Software is used on two or more computers. Neither concurrent use on two or more computers, nor use by more than a single individual on a network is permitted without authorization and payment of other license fees.
You may access the registered version of The Software through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for The software covering all workstations that will access The software through the network. For instance, if 10 different workstations will access The Software on the network, each workstation must have its own The Software license, regardless of whether they use The Software at different times or concurrently.
Your Licence Code is personal to you. You are not allowed to give it to anyone else. If distributed License Codes are found, they will be disabled.
Any other profit than the data recovered can not be obtained from The software. You cannot use DVD Data Rescue™ in a business to provide data recovery services to others, if you plan to use The Software in a business to provide data recovery services to others, or a for-profit use of The Software you must purchase the commercial version.
You may not make any changes or modifications to The Software, including, but not limited to, de-compiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering it. You may not rent or lease it to others.
